2002-2010 - Community Action Partners (CAP)
CAP organizes teams of Harvard Business School alumni into teams that provide pro bono consulting support to Boston-area non-profits.  As a volunteer, board member, and board chair I worked on a many projects for organizations such as: Accion USA, Planned Parenthood of Massachusetts, Roxbury Youth Works, The National Center for Consumer Law, and The Museum of Science.

1985-2002 - Independent Pro Bono Consultant
Clients included Shakespeare and Company and The Japan Society

2004-2010 - Stanton & Associates
As a leveraged solo practitioner, I have primarily worked with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies on performance improvement, complex governance, and strategic planning issues.  Clients have included: The Cabot Corp. Ashland Inc., and GMAC.

2000-2004 The Concours Group, Executive Vice President
At the Concours Group I sold and led a large variety of major consulting assignments.

1994-2000 Hammer and Company, Senior Vice President
Focused on research, writing and public speaking.  Founded and led the Phoenix Consortium, a group of 75 large organizations who sponsored and syndicated process-driven research.
